Responsibilities
Summary :The Lead People Technology Analyst, Reporting & Analytics serves as the center of excellence for people data reporting, analytics, and insights within the People Technology team. This role designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the HR organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday reporting and people data, strong analytical and business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders. This role partners closely with the People Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to support strategic workforce planning, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting tools or comparable HR analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of HCM data models, business objects, and security frameworks.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data transformation.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
7+ years of experience in HRIS reporting or HR analytics, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
Other/State Specific
This role pays between $98,700/Yr to $130,000/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
