About the Role

Swiggy Scenes is building India& most engaging creator-led content and commerce ecosystem. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive growth for Scenes through

data-driven optimisation, creator-led ads, and experimentation across social and search channels.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive traffic, installs, views, and engagement for Scenes content.
  • Manage creator-driven ads (Spark ads, whitelisting, boosted content).


2. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Own metrics: CAC, CPI, CPV, CTR, ROAS, funnel conversions.
  • Analyse performance, run attribution checks via AppsFlyer.
  • Build weekly/monthly dashboards.


3. Budget & Growth Planning

  • Manage monthly budgets, forecast growth, and optimise spends.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns.


4. Collaboration with Creator & Content Teams

  • Align creator formats with ad objectives.
  • Work with creators/agencies for performance-friendly scripts and cuts.
  • Ensure clean tagging, pixel integration, and event tracking.


5. Experimentation & Market Intelligence

  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and new ad formats.
  • Explore creator-commerce, live shopping, and content-led growth.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing (preferably with consumer apps, creator-led brands, or content platforms).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CPV, ROAS, LTV) and attribution models.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid grasp of social trends, creator formats, and content behaviour.
  • Experience with mobile app growth and MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
  • Experience with creator-led ads: Spark ads, whitelisting, boosted content.
  • Strong creative optimisation skills (hooks, thumbnails, first 3 seconds).
  • Understanding of Reels/Shorts platform behaviour.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with ad policies and compliance.
  • Self-starter with high ownership.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with influencer-performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Exposure to live shopping or creator-commerce.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (CleverTap/MoEngage).
  • Comfort with funnels, cohorts, and LTV insights.
