Lead Photographer

On-site | Maripur, Karachi

Khazanay.pk is looking for a Lead Photographer to oversee our e-commerce and fashion photography across our in-house studio and warehouse operations. This role involves managing the photography team, setting visual and quality standards, and closely collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all product photography in the warehouse, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
• Lead and manage the photography team and assistants.
• Plan, direct, and execute studio-based fashion and creative shoots.
• Set and maintain photography standards, lighting setups, and styling guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to align visuals with brand identity.
• Manage shoot schedules, timelines, and daily workflows, review and approve final images and videos before delivery.
• Ensure proper use, care, and organization of photography equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and visual styles.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in product, fashion, or commercial photography.
• Strong command of cameras, lighting techniques, and studio setups.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (Photoshop is a plus).
• Experience leading and mentoring a photography or creative team.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of e-commerce photography standards
