Basic Function:
Plans and executes planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical
activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM staff and
supervisors of his organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to regular
P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and
measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.
2.Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of
performance initiatives and business cases ,benchmarking, risk management,
design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows,
and information system-related changes.
3.Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Levels:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.
Five (5) years related experience is required.
Preferred Training:
Knowledge of management accounting, intermediate-level finance, and
advanced-level Excel is required.
Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant
professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
