Lead Power System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of power system engineers, overseeing project timelines and technical deliverables.
• EV & DC Specialization: Design and implement high-efficiency EV DC charging solutions and manage complex DC power distribution projects.
• Innovation: Research and integrate emerging power solutions (including renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies) into our service portfolio.
• Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the business development team to provide technical expertise during client consultations, ensuring solutions are technically viable and commercially competitive.
• Project Oversight: Ensure all engineering designs meet international standards and local regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in power systems engineering with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of DC power systems and conversion technologies.
• Hands-on experience with EV charging infrastructure (specifically DC fast-charging solutions).
• Knowledge of modern power electronics and emerging energy trends.
• Business Acumen: Strong proficiency in technical sales, including the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into value propositions for stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
