Lead Pre-K Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students
- Plan and conduct engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and development
- Provide physical education activities to enhance gross motor skills
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education
