About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Presales Consultant to support our sales and delivery teams in driving impactful conversations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in crafting technical solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop technical and functional responses to RFPs and other client documentation.
  • Understand client pain points and propose innovative, customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Assist in building proposals, solution architecture, pricing models, and value propositions.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and pilot sessions with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Tech teams) to ensure alignment of client requirements and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Support business development efforts with research, pitch decks, and strategy support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, data science, AI/ML solutions, cloud technologies, or SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create solution documents, proposals, and architecture-level discussions.
  • Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
