About the Role:
As a Teacher, you will be at the forefront of creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. This is more than a teaching position—it’s an opportunity to shape young minds in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging, Reggio Emilia-inspired lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of 3 and 4-year-olds.
  • Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Foster creativity, curiosity, and exploration through hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a sense of community.
  • Observe and document children’s progress to inform individualized learning plans and maintain open communication with families.
  • Collaborate with teaching teams to share ideas, plan activities, and support classroom excellence.
  • Uphold safety, licensing, and health standards within the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A nurturing and positive individual who prioritizes relationships and is passionate about early childhood education.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Associate’s Degree, CDA credential, or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education. (Master’s degree preferred but not required.)
  • Strong understanding of child development and a commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset with a love for professional development and mentorship opportunities.
