Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children
- Teach literacy education, math, and other subjects to promote cognitive development
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and enhance teaching methods
- Promote social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
- Engage children in creative play, arts, crafts, and other hands-on activities
- Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children under your care

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
- Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards
- Understanding of child development stages and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
