About the Role:
Join Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a 3 Year Old Lead Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in a fun, engaging environment. We are dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating atmosphere that promotes learning and growth for our little learners.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1.5 hour lunch

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and creativity.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction.
• Maintain classroom management and work with children on self regulation and emotions
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and classroom activities.
• Supervise daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being of all children.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to promote a conducive learning space.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Experience in classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor to support young learners.
