We are hiring for a Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom. Two years of previous childcare experience is required for the Lead Teacher positions. Seeking long-term employees who want to make a difference in the life of a child.

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for Preschool students.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and engaging learning experience.
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized classro om.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience
• Early childhood education background or certification preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Experience in behavior management and early intervention techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
