Lead Product Manager

This role sits within a team responsible for developing and evolving core trading and investment products. You will drive product direction and execution across a portfolio that includes traditional and emerging asset classes, with a specific focus on markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you will:

• Set the strategic direction for trading and investment products across APAC
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, compliant features
• Identify opportunities to innovate within the trading and crypto product space
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions
• Ensure regulatory standards are met while maintaining user-first design principles
• Use data and user feedback to refine product performance and inform ongoing iterations

You should bring:

• At least five years of experience in product management, with a strong background in financial services or digital assets
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, investment products, and market structures
• Experience delivering digital solutions in regulated environments
• A track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced settings
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions backed by data
