The Role
We're looking for a passionate hands-on Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the evolution of our AI recruitment platform. In this role, you'll drive product strategy, work closely with customers to understand their needs, collaborate with engineering to build exceptional features, and help define the future of recruitment technology.

Deliverables:

Own the product roadmap and strategy for AI Hiring Products, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility

Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to define problems, identify solutions, and validate product decisions

Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, working closely with engineering teams

Drive monetization strategies to ensure product sustainability and growth

Analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the user experience

Lead the outcome driven development process, including sprint planning, backlog prioritizations, and release management.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption
Requirement:

7-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products

Strong experience in product monetization and pricing strategies

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to different audiences

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Experience managing or mentoring other team members (APMs, analysts)

Strong user empathy and a track record of building products that solve real user problems

Understanding of AI technologies/conversational bots, particularly in business processes

Familiarity with recruitment industry or HR tech is a plus

Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
