Lead Production

The Assistant Manager – Production is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery. The role focuses on optimizing processes, managing teams, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Supervise production floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor machine performance, downtime, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Support training, discipline, and performance management of production staff.
• Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience in managing teams and production KPIs is preferred.

Pay: From Rs140,000.00 per month
