We are a leading food and beverage company looking or a qualified Project Department Head to oversee new restaurant and facility projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects specifically within the restaurant or food & beverage industry, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and design.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of restaurant and facility projects from concept design to final handover.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and approve technical drawings and layouts aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operationalrequirements.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, planning, and scheduling.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant, Hotels, F&B sector is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
