Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Lead (Purchasing).

What will you do?

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Prepare and manage purchasing budgets and cost control measures
• Collaborate with all teams to forecast procurement needs
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Prepare reports for the CEO on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, ideally within the real estate, facilities, or property management sector and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
