Job Description
At LEONI, we are committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering value to our customers. To strengthen our team in Egypt, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Supply Chain Management function at country level.
In this role, you will be responsible for steering strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving performance across multiple organizational units. You will play a key role in deploying LEONI’s Supply Chain strategy locally and contribute directly to our business success.

Manages demand planning, production planning, procurement of direct material, purchasing of material and services, internal material flow, logistics planning, transportation, customs and export control in the country.

Manages all Supply Chain escalations inside the country, including risk management activities.

Accountable for the stocktake process and ensures continuous stock accuracy.

Leads and supervise the Supply Chain Management organization in Egypt, aligned with defined objectives and KPIs.

Designsand implement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ensures governance, standards, and processes are applied consistently across all units.

Defines and manage budgets for development activities within your scope.

Drives team performance through coaching, change management, and succession planning.

Represents the Supply Chain Management function within the country and towards global stakeholders.

Identifies performance deviations and initiate corrective actions based on KPIs.

Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and international standards (e.g., IATF, ISO14001).
Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Several years of experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in a multinational environment.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.

Solid understanding of compliance, governance, and operational excellence.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
