Lead QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary

The Lead QA/QC Engineer is responsible to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards through comprehensive planning, oversight, and evaluation. The role would lead a team of quality assurance and control professionals, implementing testing protocols, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities 1

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures and standards.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate and oversee testing processes to ensure products meet specified requirements.
• Analyze data from testing and inspection reports to identify quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices and methodologies.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure that all quality documentation is accurately maintained and readily accessible.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in quality assurance/control methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
