Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our projects in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong site inspection experience, quality documentation skills, and the ability to lead QA/QC teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA/QC activities on-site and off-site.
• Prepare and implement QA/QC Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements.
• Conduct material inspections, site inspections, and quality audits.
• Identify NCRs, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation: reports, checklists, calibration records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS Codes, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Train and supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Requirements

• 10–13 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer or similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality procedures, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with project QA/QC documentation and audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS/CWI, or NDT certifications.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
