Responsibilities:
- Review and assess all incoming leads from CRM, website, campaigns, and call center channels.
- Contact leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email to collect key qualification details (budget, timeline, interest, requirements).
- Evaluate and classify leads based on qualification criteria (hot, warm, cold).
- Filter out unqualified, duplicate, or irrelevant leads before assignment.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales agents based on project, specialization, and priority.
- Ensure fair and structured lead distribution across the sales team.
- Accurately update all lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain clean and organized CRM data with proper status tracking.
- Monitor lead quality and provide feedback on lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate closely with sales agents to gather feedback on lead quality and conversion.
- Adjust qualification approach based on sales feedback and performance insights.
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and performance trends.
- Ensure fast response time to incoming leads to maximize engagement and conversion potential.
- Support continuous improvement of lead qualification criteria and processes.
Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
