Lead Qualifier/Customer Support Officer (Chat based)

About the Role:

Trojan Limited is seeking a sharp, articulate, and detail-oriented Lead Qualifier (Customer Support Officer (Chat based) to identify, assess, and engage potential clients. You will be the first point of contact in our sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality lead conversion through strong written communication and fast, professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Engage with prospective clients via email, chat, and other social media platforms.
  • Draft well-structured, professional responses with excellent English writing.
  • Maintain and update lead records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth hand-off of warm leads.
  • Follow internal guidelines for response time and communication quality.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Excellent English writing and comprehension skills (must-have).
  • Strong attention to detail and quick-thinking ability.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, customer service, or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
