About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished
Lead QA/QC Engineer
to oversee and strengthen the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function across our Contracting & Industries Group. The role ensures compliance with international quality standards, drives IMS audits, and enhances organizational processes to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies, manuals, procedures, plans, and forms.

Lead IMS internal audits across business units and projects; coordinate external audits with certification bodies.

Develop and re-engineer processes across departments to align with international standards.

Ensure BU activities comply with approved IMS documents.

Track certifications, manage renewals, and ensure ongoing compliance.

Conduct site visits to assess quality controls across factories and project sites (Fitout, Joinery, Steel, Stones, MEP, Landscape, etc.).

Support process owners in updating/revising procedures and risk registers.

Review and close audit findings in collaboration with business units.

Coordinate with Document Control teams to ensure accurate documentation updates on the IMS portal.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).

Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

12–15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in QA/QC roles.

Minimum 3 years GCC experience.

Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, ICMS, BS, etc.).

Technical expertise in QA/QC for construction and production activities (Fitout, Joinery, Steel, Stones, MEP, Landscape).

Advanced knowledge of QMS/IMS systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; SAP ERP preferred.
