Why we are looking for you:
  • Partner with leadership, human resources and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective, and efficient recruiting process
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers
  • Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
  • Recruit effectively to continually improve on Key Performance Indicator/metrics and industry benchmarks
  • Function as in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing
  • Effectively support multiple client's needs and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles
  • Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
  • Create recruiting operational processes and practices, in partnership with Recruiting and HR leadership leading to efficiencies for the leadership team and organization

  • The Lead Recruiter plays an important role, responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts for Bangalore Delivery Centre.
  • The Lead Recruiter will partner with internal and external collaborators in a hyper-growth environment.
  • The individual in the role will partner with leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
  • Acts as a conduit between top management, employees, and other team members
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures; specifically, technologies around big data, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Participate in the communication function including broad employee engagement (in consultation with HR); and development and reinforcement of organizational vision and priorities
  • Enable and foster a high-performance culture through internal and cross-group initiatives, morale events, and lead cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance and morale
  • Should be aware of digital marketing and branding practices
  • Should have prior experience in college/university accreditation processes
  • Should have good knowledge about the latest social media technologies
  • Would be responsible for campus-to-corporate connect programs

Qualifications
  • The individual must have a target of 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume technology or marketing environment is highly desired
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint expertise desired
  • Have exceptional communication skills and a very solid ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed Epsilon leaders
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise and must have a solid skills for maintaining highly confidential information
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to see patterns; bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage execution
  • Strong willed, decisive, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
