Lead Researcher

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Researcher to identify and qualify companies that are actively hiring remote developers or looking to expand their tech teams. The ideal candidate will have strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to find actionable leads from verified sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify companies hiring for technologies like Flutter, MERN, Python, and Blockchain.
• Extract verified data including company name, decision-maker contact info, hiring intent, and technology stack.
• Maintain and update lead lists in CRM with accuracy and consistency.
• Verify leads through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, AngelList, Apollo, etc.).
• Coordinate with the SDR and Business Consultant teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Track research performance and report daily/weekly metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead research, data enrichment, or sales support (IT industry preferred).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.).
• Basic understanding of IT services and developer hiring models.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and internet research skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheet management.
• Good written communication and English comprehension.
• Detail-oriented and self-disciplined.
