Lead Reservation and Dispatch Support Specialist Worldwide Travel Management

As a 24/7/365 operation, we move at the speed of the global travel industry. We are looking for a sharp, motivated team player to join our high-functioning office and grow with us.

The Role
This is an in-person position in a fast-paced, "dress casual" environment. You will work directly with our three Dispatch and reservation coordinator's to start across all divisions, serving as the backbone of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Clean and update client accounts (addresses, contact info, payment details) and maintain accurate project logs.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate bidding and estimating, track procurement, and manage client reservations.
  • Project Tracking: Update schedules, status trackers, and project documentation to ensure Project Managers stay ahead of deadlines.
  • System Building: Assist in execution from award to completion, including project takeoffs and soft estimating.

Expert Excel Skills are Required
Excel is the core of this position. You must be at an expert level and confident in:

  • Building dashboards and automated trackers.
  • Cleaning "messy" data from legacy accounts.
  • Formatting complex data into professional, readable reports.
  • Creating systems that improve office efficiency.

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time or Part-Time available.
  • When the airports are open we are open, this is not a Monday - Friday 9-5 Business.
  • Start Date: Immediate hire for the right candidate.
  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on skill level and experience.
