Pay Range: $55,000 to $60,000/year

Position Summary:

The Lead Respiratory Therapist will supervise daily respiratory care operations while providing direct care to patients in a critical care setting. This role combines clinical leadership with hands-on expertise to ensure high-quality respiratory services are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the respiratory therapy team in daily operations

• Perform advanced respiratory procedures, including mechanical ventilation management

• Oversee staff scheduling, quality control, and competency training

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Ensure equipment functionality and adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required

• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care setting

• No employment gaps exceeding 1 year
