The
Sales & Marketing Lead – Offline Channel
will be responsible for developing and managing Kosala’s offline sales and marketing ecosystem across
retail stores, exhibitions, shop-in-shop formats, and institutional/B2B channels.
This role combines strategic planning, brand building, and hands-on execution to establish Kosala as a leading premium artisanal brand with strong social impact.

Sales & Channel Development

Develop and execute strategies for offline sales channels – retail, exhibitions, shop-in-shops, and institutional/B2B partnerships.

Build and nurture relationships with premium segment retailers, corporate buyers, and artisan market networks.

Identify and expand new market opportunities for premium Kosa silk products.

Achieve sales targets while upholding the brand’s ethical and sustainable principles.
Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and lead offline marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and brand recall.

Curate exhibition participation, pop-ups, and retail experiences aligned with Kosala’s brand story.

Work closely with the design and communications teams on visual merchandising, product presentation, and storytelling.
Team & Operations Management

Lead and mentor a small marketing and sales operations team to ensure seamless execution.

Oversee inventory management, pricing, and logistics for offline channels.

Gather customer feedback and insights to guide product and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Insights

Track performance metrics across channels and provide regular business reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions.
