Lead SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a Lead SAP HCM Consultant who possesses advanced expertise in SAP HCM and exceptional skills in Business Analysis. The successful candidate will oversee team activities, guide solution design, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and clarification of complex customer business requirements
• Coordinate closely with UX and Solution Architects to steer alignment on solution deliverables
• Oversee the creation of robust project backlogs, including detailed functional specifications
• Set and document high-level project acceptance criteria and objectives
• Supervise ongoing project activities and provide strategic guidance during testing phases
• Manage stakeholder communication, alignment, and escalations at a leadership level
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and verify stakeholder requirements' strategic fit
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated challenges and critical project dependencies
• Advocate for advanced best practices in SAP HCM implementations and tailored solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM and related Business Analysis
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proven expertise in managing multi-level stakeholder engagement and executive communication
• Leadership in delivering functional specifications and acceptance criteria documentation
• Advanced experience collaborating with UX and solution architects on solution frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end implementation, testing, and support strategies
• Strong proficiency in SAP project lifecycle management and advanced troubleshooting techniques
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)
