Are you a data-driven supply chain leader ready to drive digital transformation across a global FMCG network?
Nestlé is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to build and scale our Analytics Hub, driving end-to-end data and digital solutions from India, with a transition to our Malaysia Hub.

About the Role

This leadership role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics and supply chain strategy, driving innovation and visibility across Nestlé’s global network.
You’ll lead a team of data scientists, analysts and programmers to deliver advanced analytics tools, create scalable solutions and integrate seamlessly with Nestlé’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and expansion of the Supply Chain Analytics Hub in India, transitioning to Malaysia.
• Drive analytics-led solutions for end-to-end supply chain improvement and cost efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (SC, Sales, Marketing, Brand) to identify and deliver data-driven business cases.
• Serve as the SPOC for regional digital initiatives and ensure alignment with AOA and PSC leadership.
• Define product vision and oversee adoption, ensuring data and IT compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing technical team with diverse capabilities.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, and performance goals in collaboration with Finance.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in supply chain analytics, data science or digital transformation within FMCG or similar industries.
• 5+ years in people management with proven leadership in technical environments.
• Strong coding and analytics proficiency (Python, PySpark, Databricks, ADF, Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, ADLS).
• Expertise in process optimization, data science methodologies, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics with business objectives.
