Oracle Retail Techno Functional Analyst RPAS

A strong Oracle Retail techno-functional analyst with 5+ years’ experience in handling production support, performance tuning, and the seamless integration of RPAS with other Oracle Retail modules.

Key RPAS Modules:

• Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
• Assortment Planning (AP)
• Item Planning (IP)
• Demand Forecasting (DF)
• Promotion Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Should have minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience working in a large Managed Services support engagement.

• Should be willing to work in Morning / Evening Shifts, and be flexible to jump in to Major Incident calls on need basis.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into RPAS solutions.

• Design measures, hierarchies, domains, and workbooks in RPAS.

• Perform data integration with source systems.

• Understand and fix data integration issues with source systems.

• Assist with unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution design and run books.

• Configure calculation rules, batch processes, and user security.

• Develop and customize RPAS solutions using rule language and configuration files.

• Support data loading, batch execution, and performance tuning.

• Troubleshoot RPAS batch and user issues; perform root cause analysis.

• Support application upgrades, patches, and ongoing enhancements.
