Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scaffolder / Chargehand to supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams on-site. The role involves overseeing safe assembly, inspection, and maintenance of scaffolding structures and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolders and ensure adherence to work schedules and safety practices.
• Review site requirements and allocate manpower accordingly.
• Conduct basic inspections and approve scaffolds before use.
• Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors.
• Support training and mentoring of junior scaffolders.
  
  

Requirements

• CISRS Level 2 certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of scaffolding experience, including leadership duties.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and site safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage small teams.
