Lead Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to lead all scheduling and planning activities on major civil projects in Ryiadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the full planning lifecycle, manage a team of schedulers, and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.

As a proven professional in project planning and controls, you bring a structured and proactive approach to your work. You are an effective communicator, able to lead and motivate teams, and comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale project environments.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in scheduling and planning large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong technical expertise in Primavera P6 a nd associated planning tools
• Solid understanding of project controls, risk management, and progress measurement
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Previous international experience, ideally in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia
