General Summary
The Analyst of Project Controls is part of the Centre of Excellence. The individual will support the Centre of Excellence in its strategic initiatives including compliance with the Stage Gate templates and process, development process and procedures governance frameworks, and the Target Operating Model (TOM), aligning with Vision 2030 and Qiddiya’s objectives. Key duties will include general project support, presentation preparation, data entry and general administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support the COE in its strategic initiatives including compliance with the Stage Gate templates and process, development process and procedures governance frameworks, and the Target Operating Model (TOM).
2. Compile data on the Stage Gate process and deliverable templates based on feedback from internal teams.
3. Compile best practice templates for submission to knowledge management database.
4. Draft or update templates as required for the Stage Gate.
5. Support to format policies and procedures relating to Stage Gates e.g. governance, development policies, best practices.
6. Support COE initiatives such as project tracking systems, development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on key performance metrics, timelines, and budgets.
7. Support ad hoc COE initiatives and projects.
8. Preparing reports to update committees and management on Stage Gate process, data and COE initiatives.
9. Support to draft guidance, manuals and updates for Stage Gate process and templates.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Construction, Project Management, Real Estate or any related field.
Professional Certifications
1. At least 3 years experience in the corporate sector.
2. Experience with office software and tools.
3. Comfortable and adaptable working in a fluid, fast paced and challenging environment across different internal functions and stakeholders.
4. Diligent and a willingness to learn.
5. Arabic & English speaker – Written & Spoken.
