Lead Security Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Security Officer, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include overseeing daily security operations, managing a team of security personnel, patrolling assigned premises, responding to emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential security risks. The Lead Security Officer will also liaise with clients and maintain detailed incident and activity reports.

• Proven experience in security operations, team leadership, and incident management
• Strong understanding of security systems, such as video surveillance, access control systems, and other security technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to organizational and safety protocols
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security or related fields is a plus
