Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.

Ensure that code quality meets established security guidelines and performance benchmarks.

Develop and implement standardized practices for software code quality assurance across projects.

Conduct Software Code Quality Checks (SCQC) to ensure compliance with quality standards, security best practices, and performance benchmarks.

Collaborate closely with development teams to instruct on security best practices.

Integrate advanced security analyses into the software development lifecycle.

Actively engage with security stakeholders to develop secure coding initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to inform code quality checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on security and code quality.

Must be eligible to obtain and hold a Public Trust clearance

Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and software security vulnerabilities.

Proficiency with automated code review tools and techniques.

Demonstrated experience in improving software performance and compliance with industry standards.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) or equivalent are advantageous.
Salary:
$130,000-$145,000
