Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead (Admin cum Developer) with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development. The role involves managing the overall platform, leading technical enhancements, ensuring system stability, and guiding the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Administration

Handle day-to-day ServiceNow platform operations and maintenance.

Perform instance cloning, patching, upgrades, and regular health checks.

Manage users, roles, ACLs, and overall platform security.

Maintain CMDB accuracy, Discovery schedules, and data integrity.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime.

Development & Technical Delivery Design and build custom applications, workflows, catalog items, UI policies, and UI actions.

Develop and enhance Service Portal pages and widgets.

Work with Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.

Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Implement ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions, including license management.

Create automations to improve operational efficiency in ServiceNow.

Leadership & Collaboration Review and guide the technical work of ServiceNow developers.

Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Process Owners to understand requirements.

Manage and coordinate with stakeholders across India and US teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely sprint deliveries.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis when needed.

Governance, Quality & Best Practices Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance guidelines.

Maintain clear and updated technical documentation.

Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile / Expectations

Educational qualification: B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / ME.

7+ years of combined experience in ServiceNow administration and development.

Strong experience in ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Hands-on experience with upgrades, instance cloning, MID Server, and Discovery.

Good knowledge of roles, ACLs, data policies, and ServiceNow security.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Skill Set Required

Must Have7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience

Strong expertise in ITSM modules

Experience with ITOM modules and licensing

Hands-on experience with upgrades, cloning, MID Server, and Discovery

Knowledge of platform security, roles, ACLs, and data policies

Understanding of ITIL framework

Good to HaveBanking / Financial domain experience

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
