We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead ServiceNow Developer to drive the development and implementation of advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a leader in this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow custom applications with a focus on UI/portal development, leveraging ServiceNow’s UI Builder and the Seismic framework to enhance the user experience, as well as building reusable components for long-term scalability
• Design, build, and implement REST API integrations and advanced scripting configurations using ServiceNow’s Flow Designer, ensuring seamless backend integration and process automation to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth development lifecycle
• Utilize modern UI frameworks and JavaScript expertise (including AngularJS and React) to build responsive, scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and adherence to componentization best practices on the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain a high standard of code quality by using software development tools (e.g., IDEs, debuggers, build tools, and source control) and following best practices in object-oriented design, data structure optimization, and design pattern implementation

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer
• Experience with various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, and GRC
• Expertise in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript scripting
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities, as well as independently with minimal supervision while consistently delivering results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
