Yours is a role to lead ServiceNow Product Operations and will act as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Sitting at the heart of business and technology, you’ll bridge stakeholder needs with engineering delivery, ensuring every solution is practical, impactful, and aligned with operational goals.
You will drive backlog prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning, while analysing current processes and designing improved workflows that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate atleast 5 years experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, particularly within ServiceNow environments.
You are expected to have strong experience working with ServiceNow Platform in agile environments, with a structured, analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into impactful solutions while collaborating effectively across teams.
