Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Software Architect to design, oversee, and manage the architecture of enterprise-level software solutions. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to align software design with business objectives. The Lead Software Architect will play a key role in guiding development teams and maintaining Maki Bilisim Oman’s reputation for excellence in technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement software architecture frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee system design, integration, and scalability planning.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s IT regulations and international standards.
• Prepare detailed documentation of architecture decisions and system designs.
• Mentor and guide engineers to achieve technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud computing, and software frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages, design patterns, and architecture tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver under deadlines.
