Lead - Software Development

We are looking for a Lead – Software Development to manage end-to-end software delivery — ensuring quality, timely execution, and alignment with business goals. This role involves leading development teams, driving engineering excellence, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the Digital Innovation Manager in executing the digital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable, secure applications
• Manage Agile delivery, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Enforce coding, security, and quality standards
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration
• Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience (including 2–3 years in a lead role)
• Strong full-stack skills (React, Node.js, PHP, MySQL)
• Experience with APIs, Cloud, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum
• A degree in Computer Science or related field
• Exposure to automation, AI/ML, or AEC domain is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
