Job Purpose:

To lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for guiding a team of software engineers, setting technical direction, ensuring coding excellence, and driving innovation across all development initiatives while maintaining performance, scalability, and security standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Supervise and mentor software engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
• Review and optimize system design, architecture, and code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee integration of new technologies, frameworks, and development tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
