Lead Software Engineer - L1

JD:

• Communicate with customer to understand the reported issue
• Investigate and identify the root cause of the reported issues (DB, Network, Application, mobile App, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and work with different teams including but not limited to infrastructure, DBA, security, development team to solve the reported issue
• Fixing issues discovered during troubleshooting

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ Years of Experience
• Strong SQL skills (queries, tuning, indexing, troubleshooting).
• Administration of web/app servers (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx).
• Troubleshooting across app, DB, OS, network, identity, and integration layers.
• API, ETL, and ESB/iPaaS integration support (REST/SOAP, authentication flows, data pipelines).
• Experience with React Native mobile application support (builds, releases, crash logs, compatibility).
• Log analysis, performance tuning, and monitoring/alerting setup.
• ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management.
