Lead Software Engineer - L1 (Salesforce)

Job Description:

Brief Job / Project Description: Lead technical development, customization, and AI-enabled capabilities across Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service platforms., across the CVP to improve productivity and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow including RSG subsidiaries.
• Configure Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Implement workflow, reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Develop custom screens, portals, forms, approval journeys, and business logic.
• Build integrations with ERP, websites, payment gateways, call center systems, and third-party APIs.
• Customize Service Cloud consoles, case flows, and agent productivity tools.
• Implement Agentforce bots, AI assistants, summaries, prompts, and workflow automation.
• Execute deployments, code fixes, testing, and release support.
• Troubleshoot production issues directly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• 5+ Years of Experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on Apex development.
• Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flow automation.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• MuleSoft experience.
• Omni-Channel / CTI integration.
