Lead Software Engineer – L2 (SAP) | Fulltime
Job Description:
provides functional and techno-functional expertise to support, enhance, and optimize the core HR digital platform. This role is responsible for configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Employee Central modules aligned with business processes, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
works closely with HR business stakeholders, integration teams, and technical partners to ensure stable operations, accurate data management, seamless integrations, and high system adoption across the organization’s HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary offshore EC functional consultant supporting core HR processes across Employee Central.
- Configure and support Employee Central modules, including Core HR, Organizational Management, Position Management, Job Structures, and Workforce Data.
- Handle L2/L3 incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis and recommending long-term fixes.
- Manage and support data models (Corporate, Country-Specific, Foundation Objects, MDF objects).
- Support EC business rules, workflows, alerts, and validations aligned with HR policies.
- Perform end-to-end testing (unit, regression, UAT support) for enhancements and releases.
- Support data imports, mass changes, and data corrections using import tools and templates.
- Collaborate with integration teams on EC integrations (Payroll, Time Off, LMS, 3rd party systems).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
Deliverables / Expected Outcomes:
- Stable and reliable Employee Central operations with minimal production issues.
- Timely resolution of HR system incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Well-documented configurations, business rules, and process flows.
- Accurate HR master data and organizational structures supporting downstream systems.
- Successful delivery of EC enhancements aligned with business requirements.
- Clean audit-ready processes and configurations compliant with HR governance standards.
- Effective support during releases with minimal business disruption.
- Bachelor’s Degree in, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ Year of Experience.

- SAP SD & MM
- SAP Ariba
- SAP REFX
- SAP FICO with BCM experience
