Lead software Engineer – L3 (SAP)

Job Description:

Brief Job / Project Description:

Design and implement integration between ServiceNow and SAP FICO modules for billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integration flows between ServiceNow and SAP
• Map service transactions to SAP billing structures
• Enable automated chargeback posting in SAP
• Ensure data consistency and reconciliation

Deliverables / Expected Outcomes:

• Integration interfaces (APIs, middleware flows)
• Billing data mapping documentation
• Tested financial transaction flows

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, IT, or related
• 9+ years of experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• SAP FICO expertise
• API integration (REST, IDoc, BAPI)
• Middleware tools

Tools / Platforms / Technologies:

• SAP S/4HANA
• ServiceNow
• Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledge of chargeback models

Certifications (if any):

• SAP FICO Certification
