a) Develop Strategic sourcing model for Appearance parts for a Watch (Watch and Components like Watch Case, Straps, Dials, Hands, etc…)
b) Demand, Supply and Inventory management.
c) Meeting Multi Stakeholders requirements with Solution provider mind set & WIN: WIN approach
d) Legal, Statutory and Ethical Compliance Management
e) To establish & ensure all the commercial transaction in line with IFC / SOP.

Job Requirements
Education
Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate: Mechanical, EEE or ECE with Masters/ MBA / PGDMA
Relevant Experience
UG: 15+ years, PG: 12+ years

Ideal Profile
- Preferably from Manufacturing/ FMCG background with 20+ Vendors
- Should be revered in entire procurement life cycle (Development till Delivery) of domestic and overseas sourcing
- Business acumen in direct material procurement (no Indirect or Capex)
- Quality Planning, Control, and Improvement process
- Product costing and Pricing process
- Negotiation process
- Number of SKUs more than 1000
- Should have handled a team of 7-8 reportees (Direct/ Indirect)
- Exposure to ERP / IT and Emerging technologies
- Vendor Relationship Management Practices
- Planning methodologies – Demand, Production, and Inventory Mgt.
- Sound in SAP / EPR and new digital applications
- Ability to analyse complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement.
