  • Develop and implement space management strategies for semiconductor fabrication and assembly facilities.
  • Analyze process flows and spatial requirements for cleanrooms, sub-fabs, and support areas to optimize layouts for efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Process Engineering, MEP, Architecture) to integrate space planning into overall facility design.
  • Prepare detailed space utilization reports, drawings, and compliance documentation aligned with semiconductor industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO cleanroom classifications, EHS guidelines, and client specifications.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation related to space allocation.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools for design and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and recommend improvements for space utilization during project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Experience in Residential, Industrial,Retail or Semiconductor, projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and delay analysis techniques.
