Lead SQA Engineer (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SQA experience with leadership exposure
- Experience working on enterprise SaaS or large-scale platforms
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership of quality across the lifecycle, from requirements to production release
- Strong system-level thinking with an analytical mindset
- Proactive risk identification before production impact
- Ability to establish and enforce structured QA governance

Leadership capability to build and promote a quality-first engineering culture
- Lead the full QA lifecycle from requirement analysis to post-go-live validation
- Perform requirement analysis, gap identification, and test coverage planning
- Develop structured test strategies aligned with business objectives
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement activities
- Design and review application workflows and system interactions
- Define and track quality KPIs and release readiness metrics
- Mentor SQA engineers and enforce structured QA processes
- Perform Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing activities
- Conduct API Testing and Security Testing
- Execute Performance and Load Testing
- Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
- Collaborate within CI/CD and DevOps-integrated QA environments
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter or equivalent solutions
- Work with cloud-native and scalable architectures
