Role - The role focuses on building strong CXO connects across all ABG companies as well as large corporates to position ABC as the preferred financial solutions partner, while also establishing the ABCD app as the seamless platform for protection and investment needs of ABG employees. It involves collaborating with corporates and vendors within the ABG ecosystem to provide working capital, investment, and insurance solutions, as well as creating a plant-level ecosystem that positions ABCD as the trusted platform for plant employees. The responsibilities include planning and executing activities at plants and corporate offices to drive lead generation, managing all programmes lead allocation and conversion, and designing standardized product offerings tailored for identified cohorts. Additionally, the role requires coaching and mentoring the team on key account management skills, supporting their capability development, and working closely with them on progress reviews, GMV achievement, and revenue target monitoring.
