Purpose of the Job:

  • Strategic partner management to drive business impact for both Airtel and partner as part of CEO’s office; partners include the likes of Big Tech hyperscalers, large tech cos
  • Lead select strategy projects as part of CEO’s office


Key Deliverables

  • Lead time bound strategic projects for the CEO’s office – can include outside-in point of view development across select functions, benchmarking best practices across global cos, etc.
  • Manage overall relationship with strategic partners – drive right connect with peers in partner cos
  • Proactively identify and build high potential new ideas to drive net new business impact
  • Coordinate across Airtel LoBs / stakeholders to drive execution of tracks with partners
  • Drive the right program management approach to ensure timely execution of projects

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Overall min 5+ years professional experience
  • 3+ years in management consulting- preferably from top tier management consulting
